Exploring how AI can transform product discovery
Traditional personas often become static documents that are created once and rarely revisited. I wanted to explore whether generative AI could transform them into living, interactive knowledge sources that help product teams make better decisions throughout the design process.
The AI Discovery Hub is an experimental proof of concept that brings together AI-powered personas, research, industry news and document intelligence into a single conversational workspace. Rather than searching through reports and presentations, teams can ask questions naturally and receive contextual insights grounded in research.
This is an ongoing exploration rather than a production-ready product, designed to test how AI can genuinely improve product discovery and customer understanding.
